Steve Miller is a real estate professional with Windermere Powerhouse Group, Caldwell Office where he specializes in rural properties, farms and ranches.   He also has a focus on transitional land that is moving from agricultural use to commercial or residential development.  

Steve has an extensive background in agriculture finance with 29 years experience providing long-term and short-term financing to farmers and ranchers.  Most recently, Steve was the Western Idaho Regional Manager for Northwest Farm Credit Services.  In this past role, he worked with many agricultural producers in Western Idaho to understand their goals and help them secure sufficient financing to reach those goals.  In addition to his regional leadership role, Steve was also the Team Lead on the Northwest FCS Dairy Knowledge Team for Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Montana.  This prior agricultural lending experience along with Steve growing up on a farm in Western Idaho uniquely qualifies Steve to have a solid understanding of the rural lifestyle and the needs of the farming and ranching community. 

In addition to his banking experience, Steve has experience developing both residential and commercial properties.  This experience includes taking properties through the entitlement process and then on through to final development and buildout. 

Steve has a B.S. in Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University and an AA in Aviation from Hesston College. 

When he is not working, Steve can most often be found fishing or spending time with family and friends.  Steve also enjoys a good BBQ and spending his evenings woodworking.
